Here is a Christmas card I made using the retired Snowflakes stamp set, my favorite Christmas stamp set of all time. The silver embossing powder on the white vellum is what makes this card special. You can achieve a similar look with the Serene Snowflakes and Four the Holidays stamp sets in the Holiday Mini Catalog!
Old Stampin' Up! catalogs are great for ideas and inspiration. Take a catalog from a few years ago and browse through the sample projects on each page. Instead of focusing on the old stamp set that was used, focus on the template and the color combination!
