Sneak Peek: Popsicle card

Here is a sneak peek at one of the projects we'll be making at stamp camp on September 19. Spots are filling up quickly, so e-mail me at lisa@stampinghut.com if you would like to attend!

This is an idea that I got from Angie, who is two levels above me. (Sally is my upline, and Angie is Sally's upline.) I did tweak her card a bit so that we stamp directly onto the popsicle stick! The ribbon is used to keep the card closed, so tie it as close to the Ruby Red cardstock as possible.

You may be surprised to know that the orange flower is made using the Pumpkin Patch stamp set! I love how versatile this stamp set is.

Dimensions: 5 1/2" x 3 3/4", score at 2 3/4"
Stamp Sets: Simply Said, Pumpkin Patch
Cardstock: Ruby Red, Whisper White, Only Orange
Classic Ink Pad: Only Orange
Stampin' Write Markers: Only Orange, Ruby Red
Ribbon: Whisper White
Punches: Scallop Circle, 1 3/8" circle, 1 1/4" circle
Other accessories: Stampin' Dimensionals, Mini Glue Dots

Hint: When attaching the popsicle stick on the back of the card, use a ruler to make sure the total length of card + popsicle stick is no larger than 5 1/2". Otherwise the card will not fit into a standard A2 envelope!
