Tuesday Night Card Class: Dec 20, 2011

Here are the cards from tonight's class!  These are the last Christmas cards we will be making in 2011.  I'm a little sad because Christmas cards are my favorite to design!

I wish I knew which demonstrator to give credit to for creating the a 3D Christmas tree with the Petite Pennants builder punch.  There are many different versions of this type of card floating around on the internet. But naturally, I added my own style and flair!

Stamps: Pennant Parade
Ink: Old Olive, Daffodil Delight, Chocolate Chip
Paper: Old Olive, Very Vanilla, Real Red
Punches: Modern Label, Petite Pennants Builder
Big Shot: Petals-a-Plenty embossing folder, Scallop Rectangle Clearlits die
Accessories: Stampin' Dimensionals

This little gift card holder is based on a template designed by Angie, who is one of my uplines.  I found the self-adhesive Velcro dots at my local home improvement store.

Stamps: Tags 'Til Christmas, Teeny Tiny Wishes
Markers: Real Red, Wild Wasabi
Paper: Wild Wasabi, Very Vanilla
Punches: Word Window,  Small Oval
Accessories: 1/4" Vanilla Grosgrain ribbon, Stampin' Dimensionals

The last card features the Versamark resist technique!  Randomly stamp the medallion image using VersaMark ink on Glossy White card stock.  Next, ink up your brayer with Wisteria Wonder ink and roll it across the Glossy White card stock.  The VersaMark will resist the Wisteria Wonder ink, resulting in a beautiful shiny background!

Stamps: Artistic Etchings
Ink: Wisteria Wonder, Pink Pirouette, Versamark
Paper: Glossy White, Wisteria Wonder, Pink Pirouette, Whisper White
Accessories: Stampin' Sponges, 3/8" Wisteria Wonder Ruffled Ribbon
