Before I leave, I want to share some pictures of the swap cards I made!
The first card front is for the "Swap in Your Jammies" event tomorrow night. I'm really looking forward to this event. Can you just imagine 50 ladies hanging out in the hotel lobby while wearing their pajamas?!
I used the Butterfly Prints stamp set, which is one of my favorite new sets from the 2010-11 Idea Book and Catalog!
The second card is one I made for general swapping. I made 50 of these!
Concord Crush is one my favorite new colors. I just love that it is such a deep, dark purple! I used the brand new Elegant Lines embossing folder for the Big Shot and the sentiment is from the new Word Play stamp set.
Did you notice the tiny little pearl? It's one of the new
self-adhesive Basic Pearls Jewel Accents pieces. I love that you
get 150 pearls per
package; 50 each of 3 sizes (2 mm, 3 mm,
and 5 mm) and three 2-5/8" strips of
connected pearls - perfect for borders! - for just $4.95!
The last card uses
the Upsy Daisy rubber stamp set and the Top Note die for
the Big Shot. You might recognize this design because I used it in my "Upsy Daisy" class last month!
P.S. Some of the photos show a full card, but the ones I'm taking with me to swap are
just card fronts. I like to keep a full card of everything I design, just in case I want to make more of them later!
